First off. A really nice 1976 Bmw 2002. Which looks absolutely great. British racing green would suit it better though. For $8,800. By my standards, it's a steal. Pretty damn clean.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

Next. A lot of '71 Bmw 2002 parts. For $150

Four Rims, Two Hubcaps, Licence plate frame, bumper guards

Kinja'd!!!

I'd call both lots total NP. What do you guys think?

$8800 is a lot for a '76 out here in CA, because it's the only '02 that still has to be smogged. For that money it'd better be minty in more than color. That said, if you hang on to it in that shape you likely won't lose money. I don't know how emissions laws are back there so prices may be different for the late cars. The bummer is that they have to run air injection and what's called a thermal reactor, which is an early attempt at a cat converter integrated into the exhaust manifold. They run really hot and tend to burn valves & pull the exhaust studs out of the cylinder head. Ditch it for a header ASAP if it still has one, and keep it around for smog if applicable. Worth noting is that late US cars had spacers installed atop the struts to meet stupid headlight & bumper height regulations. This screws up the handling, so remove them if they're still there.

PS: Looks like the reactor's already been ditched, and that carb isn't the stock 32/36 Solex, so you might not have to worry about any of the emissions garbage.

I own a '68 that's my lifelong project car & have had an 02 in my life since I was 15, so I'm addicted. The square light cars don't get as much love, but with Euro bumpers they look great and can be every bit as rewarding to own & look at as the roundies.

Very Nice! You've got a good eye for these!

Emissions aren't super strict out here in Virginia, I'd think that it would pass inspection in flying colors, but that all depends on the condition that isn't visible.

I'd say NP, both of them. It's also interesting that I bought my 2002 in Annapolis. It was also more money (sigh).
